What DirectJLM is

DirectJLM is a community listings site for English speakers in Jerusalem. We connect people with apartments, dirahs, vacation rentals, drivers, local businesses, restaurants and Jewish community information. We are not a real-estate agent, a transport company or a party to any deal you make with an owner, driver or business.

Listings are the owner's responsibility

• Each listing is written and posted by its owner. The owner is responsible for making sure it is accurate, legal and up to date.
• We review listings, but we cannot check every detail. Please see a property, confirm prices and check a business yourself before paying anything.
• Community information (minyanim, zmanim, shuls, mikvahs, kashrus details) is provided as a guide. Always confirm with the shul, mikvah or hechsher directly.

Your account

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password private.
• Use contact details you receive through DirectJLM only to ask about that listing, never for spam or resale.
• We may refuse, edit or remove any listing or account that is misleading, offensive, not suitable for our community, or breaks these terms.

Business plans and payments

Business listings are paid plans, shown with their prices on the signup page. Plans renew or end as described there. Orders you place with a business through its page are between you and that business.

Content you post

You keep ownership of the text and photos you post. You give DirectJLM permission to show them on the site and in our community posts about your listing. Only post photos you have the right to use.

Liability

DirectJLM is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from listings, from dealings between users, or from the site being unavailable for a time.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
